What is Kangoo Jumps®?

Kangoo Jumps® is an innovative and effective cardio rebounding workout system that combines specially designed boots with licensed fitness programs. Developed in Europe during the early 1990s, this workout system is not only easy and safe to use, but also incredibly fun! By wearing the Kangoo Jumps® boots, you can dance and move along to fun choreography that works out your entire body, including your abs, back, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and shoulders.

Originally developed by a doctor for orthopedic patients recovering from knee, hip, and back injuries. With a specially patented spring system that absorbs 80% of the impact, you can burn up to 20% more calories than you would by walking, jumping, or running in regular sneakers alone.

I am certified group/personal trainer and fitness specialist with almost a decade of experience. I have found my fitness strategy to provide the best results while making it enjoyable for my clients. Our goal here to establish healthy habits for exercise and diet, ensuring that you have fun. I believe that exercise not only benefits your body, but also your mind, boosting your mood and energy levels. My favorite thing about what I do is seeing how people transform both mentally and physically when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. To ensure my clients never get bored, I design a brand new workout for every weekday. In 2019 i become an OCB bikini cometitor place 1st and took a pro card. My journey to this point has likely been challenging, with countless hours spent training, perfecting diet, and honing physique to be at its very best.

This achievement is not just about the trophy or the title, but about the journey and the transformation i have undergone to get to this point.

Mental and physical strength,discipline and focus that i have exhibited along the way.

With the right mindset and approach, anything is possible.

After OCB i become an NPC bikini competitor.

Winning 1st place is a reflection of the dedication and effort i have put into this journey.

As an bikini competitor, i want to  serves as an inspiration to others, showing them that with hard work, dedication, and perseverance, anything is possible.

My journey as an NPC and OCB bikini competitor has undoubtedly been filled with challenges, both physical and mental. The pressure to maintain a certain physique and meet the demands of competition can take a toll on even the strongest athletes, and it's common to experience cravings, binge eating, and other mental struggles along the way.

But i was able to overcome these challenges .

I know that with the right mindset and approach, you can overcome any obstacle and achieve any goals.

Finding the right way to achieve my perfect body is a journey that many athletes go through. It takes time, patience, and a willingness to experiment with different approaches until i find what works best for me.

Through this journey, i have learned valuable lessons about nutrition, exercise, and the importance of self-care.

I have discovered what works best for my body and have developed the tools and strategies i on how to maintain my physique and overall wellness.
